When Are Returns Accepted?

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product

  • Delay in delivery

  • Customised or personalised orders

  • Products without proper proof of damage/wrong item


Return Request Requirements

To request a return, the following are compulsory:

  • Unboxing video clearly showing package opening and product condition

  • Clear images of the wrong or damaged item

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order.


Return Procedure

  • Email us at contact@shopbeat.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9712347911 with your Order ID, unboxing video, and product images.

  • Once approved, you will need to ship the product to our return address.

  • We do not offer pickup services. Shipping charges for returning the product must be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be declined if:

  • Unboxing video and photo proof are not shared

  • The unboxing video is edited or unclear

  • The product is used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

  • ShopBeat reserves the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, such as:

    • The product is out of stock

    • Pricing or listing error

    • Shipping limitations to your location

    • Any unforeseen technical or business issue

  • If we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
